This skirt features ruffle on the bottom an elastic waistband, and a zipper in the back. The skirt is made out of 65% rayon, 32% polyester, and 3% spandex. The skirt is a 1X, but I do believe it could fit a 2X too. It is in very good condition with its only flaw being a small hole in the back. The price is negotiable.
