fullposhability Hi, thanks for asking. The top part of the dress crisscrosses to look like a wrap. In photo 2, where you see it come together at the V, it's pinned. The waist has an elastic and a belt/tie that comes off. It's not a true wrap in the sense that it doesn't open completely and thread the tie to create the wrap. I hope that helps.
