Autumn themed embroidered fabric dollie or decorative fabric art. I'm not exactly sure what this piece was intended for when I found it. But I thought it was so pretty. I think its machine embroidered or cut out. Its not exactly a perfect square. It measures close to 12" across one side and the other is more like 12 1/2". Excellent pre-owned condition.
