Awareness ribbon ID badge hook holder for Autism. I used a heart-shaped distressed antique gold colored filigree with a puzzle piece design awareness ribbon. Modified with rhinestones & a gold bow charm in the center that has a glowing white round crystal stone. Features a dangling white enamel heart with blue, red & yellow rhinestones.
