Autism Angel Pendant w/ Puzzle Piece Awareness Heart

Nice upcycled angel idea I came up with, using an open-work silver colored Angel pendant. I added a heart with the popular Autism puzzle piece artwork. Heart charm is glued in the center of the angel like as if she is holding it. This is placed on a new sterling silver plated 18" chain + 1.5" extender chain with a lobster clasp hook.
