Authenticated Tiffany & Co double heart blue enamel necklace 16” box

Reposhing this item I purchased from @authenticbling. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Questions? Leave a comment below! Will come with box, generic bag and the COA I received when I purchased the necklace. Has been worn a handful of times, does have a small black spot on the back of one of the hearts, unsure if it will come out with a cleaning (I have not tried).
