jeneric2015 Purchased at a Las Vegas Dillards VIP room on 3/30/25. The cashier informed me LV still sells the shoulder strap, which is true, however, she didn’t tell me it was not the same color. My loss. I guess since I can’t return it. I prefer a crossbody over a shoulder bag. Yes, I ordered a few straps from amazon, they were not the right color either.😔
