The History: Found in the pocket was a handwritten name slip: "Tom O'Brien." Records show a Thomas "Ivan" O'Brien served 20 years with the Pittsburgh PD. We believe this was his coat. It was later part of the famous "Donnaland" vintage hoard, stored in the historic Lemp Brewery in St. Louis before being rescued by me in 2011.
