Authentic Y2K Express Skirt, Tulip Hem Front Split, Dark Pink, Size Small

This is a real deal skirt from Y2K in amazing condition, including a pic of me wearing it in 2002 🤣. Great stretch, no flaws. The front hem crosses over in a semi- wrap to give a tulip hem. It moves with you and makes the skirt very comfortable and functional. The tag says dry clean but I have washed it multiple times without issue. Fabric, rayon and polyester. Make me an offer!
