smaber62 Hi, beautiful but is probably 70s. Edwardian/Victorian did not have tiered skirts with elastic waists.

attireforall @emmalynsullivan All measurements are taken laid on a flat surface. Armpit to armpit is 17 in. Across neck where beads hang is 6in. From neck to bottom of top is 17in. Top of skirt (waist) is 12in relaxed (with waistband that stretches out more). Top of skirt to bottom of skirt is 32 1/2in. Hope that helps!
