Authentic Vintage 1950s Strapless Sweetheart Cherry Red Tulle Cupcake Prom Dress

This STUNNING strapless sweetheart dress is the prettiest cherry red! ❤️❤️‍🔥🍒 Live out your “Grease” prom scene/ Rockabilly babe fantasy with a swipe of red lipstick of course! 💄💋 Materials: Satin, Tulle, Cotton, Boning, Metal zipper, Hook and eye Description A rare hand made dress from 1950s! It has layers and layers of tulle and ruffles with an inside skirt of tulle as well as a satin layer. A sweet little bolero jacket goes on top. There is a side zipper with hook and eye closure on top of that. Boning inside the bodice for a lovely fit. Very good condition! Vintage so of course it’s not perfect, but there are no flaws to note! SIZE This dress was sewn by hand and doesn’t have a size (but fits like an XS-ish.) Length: 44 inches Waist is 13 inches across the front so that would make it a 26 inch waist Model pictures are from the Etsy shop where I originally purchased it! The model who is wearing it is 5 feet 4 inches tall. Weight is 110. Bust 32 inches. (she had lots of room left in the bust area of this dress) hips 36 inches. Her waist is 24 inches. *** Please note that price includes a black petticoat (not vintage- size small) that goes perfectly with the dress (see last 2 pics) and helps fluff it out. It does peak out a little bit underneath for a little pop of black. If you don’t want the petticoat just let me know! 🥰
