Authentic Victorian antique buttons tulip teal lace handmade jacket

Antique authentic Victorian teal silk? Jacket. All hand sewn, the buttons on it are amazing, was going to turn it into jewelry(the buttons) but felt I should sell altogether. Buttons look like iridescent tulips. Fabric of jacket is. Deep teal, and it also has the lace, jacket size is an XS, fits my daughter who wear XS, and mannequin. There is some wear but still wearable, over 100 years old
