fortrove @kyu808 We guarantee 100% authenticity on all the items in our collection. This neckalce does not come with a VCA Authenticity card, but you're welcome to go to a VCA store to get it cleaned and get a service paper.

altonfamily @fortrove FYI unless the policy has changed I was told by a VCA salesperson that they do not issue a duplicated COA unless the item has was purchased from that store. They can look up the serial number but will not issue COA.

altonfamily @fortrove the issue is the person needs to have a VCA store in their area to take the item to for verification. VCA will verify the piece but will not issue a COA unless item was purchased at that store. Makes sense because COA is stamped with the store name. Ex: If an item was originally sold at VCA in Miami the Chicago store could not issue duplicate COA. Has to be from store that originally sold the item

fortrove @altonfamily you can send your piece in to vca for service and get a service paper. If it’s not authentic they send it back unserviced. This is 100% authentic.

altonfamily @fortrove that’s good to know, however if buying something on here only have 3 days to get that proof. As a seller you could help buyers make a more informed decision by showing markings on any VCA you have listed. Hard to pull the trigger on an expensive piece of jewelry especially on the secondary market.
