This is an authentic Tiffany baby rattle it is vintage and rare... Tiffany does not make these anymore...it is engraved with " Tiffany $ Co. Sterling 925.... On the other side it has the letters C.B.C ...it has some dents in the rattle but everything else is perfect...it still rattles as well...the longer this rattle sits the more value it will hold;))
