Authentic TIFFANY & CO. Geometric sterling heart necklace w box & certificate.

This necklace different than the other heart necklaces I’ve seen by Tiffany. It’s got a cool geometric pattern and hangs offset. It is sterling silver and in overall excellent condition. Heart is approximately 1 inch at its longest point and the chain is about 16 inches. It includes a box which I’m thinking did not come with the necklace (it’s big) but is from Tiffany.
