What’s the waist and bust measurements for this?

@cincygirlshop hi! I’m not really sure how to measure this type of garment to be honest but at the top grommet it’s 14 inches across and the bottom is 11 inches across. Lying flat, the top is 28 inches and the bottom is 24 inches. Does that help ?
