Authentic Rae Dunn NEST bird house. VERY RARE

This is an authentic Rae Dunn birdhouse from the "nest collection". It is in perfect shape. I will be wrapping up in bubble wrap and spending probably around 15 or $20 just to ship it to you, because I want to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you go to eBay, you will notice that the exact same birdhouse is going for $799 some are going for $500 and $600. So I am trying to make this a better deal for someone as it will help me and them.
