It's TOTALLY adjustable....the smallest would be just a tad under 7" & it adjusts UP from there. I like that you never have to open a clasp! Slide the silicone bead on bolo & place over wrist & then slide back to tighten. EASY!!!

@tamkei24 totally adjustable from 7" on up....just slide the bolo silicone bead up/down to adjust.
