The "Hard Timing" brand of jackets and other apparel was launched by Silver State Industries, the manufacturing and services arm of the Nevada Department of Corrections, in 2003. The clothing line was produced at the Lovelock Correctional Center. This is an amazing lined, quilted, warm jean jacket. It is a beautiful. My husband is a true XL. This label says, "XL" but it is more of a LARGE. Gorgeous jacket! Please be aware that the label says XL but it is a large. This is a durable jacket.
