Master chief of the navy wool jacket, Black with 4 stripes and gray embroidered eagle and stars. Gold buttons, a couple are tarnished. Excellent used condition. Some brownish spots on shoulder areas and collar. Name of soldier wrote on inside. I would have worn this, but a little too long for me. I love anything military. Price is firm
