raquel91407 @iluvbrandnames to have this fixed by the store, forget even thinking about taking it there. I would have to ask a shoemaker how much they would charge. And yes a shoemaker, they're the best for this job. What happened to it? What a shame. I think if it happened to me I would've been in the ER...and almost everything in life is fixable.
