Handle and wheels work fine? Any odor? Measurements and date code, please.

@troach11 Yes the handle works fine, pulls out & goes back in with no problem as well the wheels, other than some scratches they roll just fine too. I added a few more pictures to the listing showing the measurements. Lastly as far as a date code….I am not sure how to get that for you or even where it should be. Sorry
