In good used condition. There are some (wear) scuffs on the corners. The interior is stained with carpet powder it seems. I believe this can be cleaned or removed. The zippers work great. The strap has a tiny stain as seen on the photo and some creasing on the inner strap but it is still in great condition. No tears. This is a beautiful bag but it is too small for me. This is great if you carry a card holder, keys, sunglasses and phone.
