More than 1/2 off retail. -Outside- -Canvas-great -Leather laces (where bag cinches) -scuffing/rubs on bottom where hardware is (I took pic-only on 1 side) & on one side on the bottom there is separation less than an inch and is only on bottom I flipped for pic. -Edging/Glazing-on top of bag leather around. Some small chips/cracking all around top of leather. Tried to show the best I could but it’s there. Easy fix w/brown leather paint maybe? -Corners- great-slight scuffing -Bottom-great -Hardware- D-rings that hold leather lace straps have fading. Gold buttons are excellent. -Handles-have wear, cracking, scuffing & bending but still functional. May want to replace at some point. Inside-Excellent but normal preowned light wear.
