All of the hardware as you can see has a nice shine to it because we freshly polished it for you. It's also very clean, again because we freshly cleaned and conditioned the leather and the canvas. There are some spots on the shoulder strap although the bag itself shows very little signs of use in my opinion. But you look at the photos and judge for yourself. There is a divider in the bag to keep your goodies that you want to grab easily then other goodies on the other side. There are NO slip pockets ladies. I took a few photos of the spots I consider the worst. They look like rain spots to me. Although the one looks like some one might of had hand cream or moisturizer on and grabbed hold of the handle.
