In both side pockets, there is some dryness and stickiness that need treatment, as pictured. Also the zipper pocket in the main compartment of the purse is hard to open. Otherwise, the main compartment of the bag is really clean as pictured. This bag has a lot more life to it and places to see. So take her and her matching wallet along to all of life's adventures!
