sarahkaas I will measure straps for you. I think condition is very good for used bag. As indicated in the listing, there is some wear on corners and scratches in hardware as shown in photos. I’ve never done a return as a buyer or seller on Poshmark. Not sure how that works?

sarahkaas From shoulder to top of bag is 9 inches. Fits under my arm with wool coat very nicely nicely. But drop length can be made a bit longer with buckles.
