I just got off the phone an hour ago and reopened the case. they will call me in the morning or I will call them. this has been a little strange but I'm confident that tomorrow they will get to me.

jackieo1029 @kimpiccirilli24 hi there, I got an envelope in the mail with a label inside but no merchandise. they also sent me an email to inform me that the package was destroyed and that all they found was the label. I don't know how to proceed as far as what the next step would be.

jackieo1029 @kimpiccirilli24 Good morning, they are reviewing the case. I'm sure once they contact the USPS, they will see that the package was sent properly and they will see that only the label was shipped to me . USPS also sent me an email with this information. I'm confident that Poshmark will get to the bottom of it. I have not gotten a refund as of yet either. I'm sorry that we are both going through this.
