Authentic, as always - crafted in Italy as it's leather label states...date code CE1000 located inside the little pocket on the back wall. Great opportunity to carry a piece no one else will have - a great feeling! Very pricey when purchased new at the boutique, and a very nice value now! Perfectly sized to carry as a small clutch or wallet. It once had a belt - long separated - but any skinny belt you own will be a perfect replacement. It's perfect worn like a belt bag, or put the belt/strap over your shoulder - you have options with this cutie! A perfect size - measures 6 x 7 x 1.5" approx. The Damier hide on leather has lots of wear and rubbing as all the pictures reflect. The hide could be dyed back to original colors....but we LOVE it looking this vintage!! No function at all diminished by loss of hair! Snap closure works great! There is a little pocket on the backside - maybe slip your cell there. Inside lined in Red Alcantra. Overall looks pretty good.!!! A few pen marks in one corner...but nothing too bad! Slight sweet smell - but will air in the sunshine and not overwhelming at all. Super fashionable little Louis!
