I’m selling my authentic and vintage Gucci Sherry Line Ophidia top handle Boston bag / speedy-style bag in used and vintage condition. This bag is from the 1980’s or 90’s. All of the leather parts feel thick, strong and healthy. No rips or tears. No exposed piping. No holes on bottom corners. This is all rare to find. Measurements shown. Comes with the free red custom fit insert that I used with it. Shown in pics. Inside was the type of lining that vintage Gucci is known for - the coating material that flakes and peels off. I scrubbed it down to the cloth lining that was behind the coating material. It’s a soft fabric. The inside pocket has a zipper and it fully works. The dark blue silky lining in that pocket is intact and clean. See pic. There are some rub spots on the outside canvas here and there and I show all angles. Issue - Zipper: The zipper does zip up and down but the zipper teeth don’t fully catch all the way, so there are little spots where the zipper isn’t closed. See video. This is an easy fix if you or someone you know can sew a zipper on. I was quoted $175 by a cobbler for a new zipper. You can use it as is, or you can sew a new zipper on. The gold metal GG charm is still attached to the zipper pull. This is rare to find. Used. Vintage. Will be shipped with care.
