Authentic Gold Imari Japan Imports Heugile 9.5" Porcelain Vase Gilded Irises

This is an elegant and vibrantly colored vintage Japanese porcelain vase in the Gold Imari style. The piece stands approximately 9 \frac{1}{2} inches tall and features a classic bulbous body with a narrow neck, resting on a small foot. The vase is beautifully hand-painted with a dense, striking floral motif featuring stylized blue and rust-orange Iris flowers (or possibly Chrysanthemums/peonies) with dark cobalt blue stems and foliage against a creamy white porcelain ground. The design is richly accented with extensive gold gilding on the flowers, leaves, the scalloped collar near the neck, and the foot. The rim is finished with a solid gold band. The base of the vase is marked in gold with "GOLD IMARI" and "Hand Painted" above a stylized square cartouche. It also retains its original orange retail import sticker for "HEUGILE JAPAN IMPORTS," which helps date the piece to the post-WWII import period (circa 1960s-1980s).
