angel3930 @almcland. Hey - omg I need your help. I've been scammed twice! Have you ever had someone order and have you ship first thing in am ? Then asking for tracking then when post office updates, they cancel!! Why would Posh cancel after I have shipped and clearly marked as shipped and been way over the 4 To 6 hours. I'm so upset. Have you heard of this ?

jent98 @angel3930 yes it almost happened to me ! It's because your post office didn't scan it right away ! I now take my packages to the post office and have them scan it right in front of me but sometimes that's not entered right away either . Contact posh and tell them it's already sent . Who's the person who bought it from you ?

jent98 @angel3930 I luckily had not dropped yet but I told the person it was dropped and once they thought I had dropped my package they canceled .. ha ! I got them ! Scammers ! You can mark that re shipped but it doesn't help you any on the posh end . Make sure you contact posh right away . Make sure if you feel suspicious about someone . Tell them the package is dropped off that morning but don't drop it till later or next day and see if they cancel during that time

angel3930 @jent98 I always take right to post office and scan in front of me. It still usually takes a few hours before It actually updates through system.

angel3930 @jent98 I just found a email from Posh yesterday that they had cancelled this at 5:30 pm indicating address or payment information had to be verified. Do you think they paid with a bad card ?

almcland @angel3930 possibly, it happened to Lorrie also. She might could help you too. I've been scammed on trades but nothing in sales....I hate it happened to you. I also hate there's not a 1-800 number you can call and talk to someone it's just through email so it's kind of aggravating in it's hard.

jent98 @angel3930 , they only asked for a tracking number so they knew exactly when you shipped. No reason to give a tracking number, that's why we have a purchase section that shows where our items are at once they are scanned in . They didnt need the purchase number , they just wanted to know you had dropped it.The best thing you can do is what i stated on your page under it , tell post office to have it retracted back to you. It's not too late but by tomorrow it will be.COntact posh as well

melgamble78 @jent98 Sorry to drop in on this convo but I have ? I recently sold two LOUIS VUITTON bags and BOTH buyers claim they never received but USPS tracking clearly shows it was delivered. One buyer cancelled right after USPS says it was delivered and I'm still fighting to get paid. What do I do??

melgamble78 @jent98 And I've contacted Posh. Repeatedly. I've sent email after email with screen shots of the USPS tracking. I've decided to not ship high end items (basically my entire closet) without signature confirmation. But I thought maybe there was something else I should be looking for. Sorry to trouble you.

melgamble78 @jent98 Getting responses from Posh has been nil to zero. They refunded both buyers their funds. Posh paid me for one bag but not the other. I lost a brand new LV bag AND was never paid. I think this is some kind of scam buyers play. They get the item for free. Posh has been zero help. Do you know of an 800 number for PM? That would be great!!

jent98 @melgamble78 My first tip of advice is to not sell to people that have no history. you have the right to cancel a sale before you ship it. I have not had any issues but i know lots who have. I’m very careful who i sell to
