@snafutoo It’s a beautiful purse❣️ The straps do need to be replaced, they are in bad shape. I’ll add some extra pictures later. I thought of keeping it at one point so I did get a quote from a company in NJ and it was about $350 (2 years ago when I checked) to get them replaced.

@snafutoo I called Givenchy customer service and they said they would not replace/repair the straps, they don’t offer that service. So I looked up companies that offer that for luxury brand purses and found just that one in NJ. I added a few more pictures of the strap❣️
