70% polyester, 30% cotton. Marked size 28, but fits much smaller - would work for a size 24-25, maybe 26. Actually very flattering and fitted. Feels almost like a heavy canvas material, very nice quality. Straight leg fit. In the classic Zucca print, excellent condition.
