Overall, the bag is in great, seasoned leather condition. No rips or tears to speak of, just one dark stain seen in the first photo. in regards to the shoulder strap, the leather started separating near the buckle which can be seen in the later pictures. overall a great looking bag, with plenty of utility and life.
