Hi. what's the heel height and are they true to size?

@therapistkay I will have the measure and look for the height, I wear an 8.5 in regular sizes and yes the fit me true to size, I’d say a little snugger than normal but I like that since it helps me with them staying on when I walk. Hope this helps!
