OK my dear, I measured it and armpit to armpit slightly more than 19” inch. waist slightly more than 18” inch. and hips slightly more than 21”inc. you stretch it a little bit, you can switch it even more when you wear it, and that kind of silk and all silk happened to be a very strong fabric. And the length is correct. 40 inches when you don’t stretch.
