curvaceousstyle Hi. Why won’t you admit that you put the wrong details in the listing? 77cm is the length of a crossbody strap and you already said the bag is not a crossbody (even though it is listed as one). This is so frustrating as I never would have purchased had you not advertised bag as a crossbody and mislabeled the strap length.
