I did some cleaning on the canvas and was able to remove most of the discoloration (shown on original pictures of the purse). It looks much better compared to before. The last 5 pictures are my pictures of the purse, they have the measurements, there is no serial number inside the purse.

@darkdiiamond sorry for the late response. I uploaded new photos that have the measurements (last 4 photos are new uploaded pictures I just took of the purse). No pouch inside.
