Authentic Burberry Bronze Leather Satchel/Bag. This bag was gently used and shows some minor signs of wear, mostly around the handles. The 5th photo shows a gap in the stitching that was there at the time of purchase. The inside is lined with classic Burberry nova check. There is one center zipper pocket separating sizes and several slip/patch pockets. The top has a magnetic snap closure. It was not manufactured with a shoulder strap. It's a unique bag! designsbyjenna @ladyhes1 Just looked at that last photo. It looks like the stamp of where it was made. I will look for a serial number. I might be able to find the original receipt if I really look. I purchased numerous bags over a period of years (most of which I still have) at the Burberry Store at Woodbury Common in Harriman, NY.

designsbyjenna @ladyhes1 Lol, me too. I was on a bit of a buying binge there for a few good years too. Burberry used to have really good leather bags in great styles, not so much anymore. That's why I kept the nice ones & haven't purchased any in years. It's just time to purge a few things--need the room to store them properly😊

designsbyjenna @ladyhes1 Checked the bag. As I suspected, no serial number. I began to recall that they do not use serial numbers, or didn't at that time (warrior bag era). Checked my other bags--no numbers. They only use their markings. Since they now manufacture in China, you can't even use the country. I can try to look for the receipt or any store will verify authenticity, but I know that's a pain. Posh only does the free verification over $500.

designsbyjenna @ladyhes1 I just thought of something worthy of mention--most leather Burberry bags are quite heavy, like 1-2 lbs. This one is amazingly light! The trick is not to load it up to the brim, lol!

designsbyjenna @ladyhes1 It's the country of manufacture. It's China. When I bought it I asked & they said it could have been a run from that plant, which was new at the time, or it could have been a sample. I just took another photo of the tag & am uploading it.

designsbyjenna @ladyhes1 Still haven't found the name, but have confirmed that their serial numbering is relatively new and spotty depending on style. Also reading more about their China plant. It's depressing that they created an entire line to manufacture there--which I did know, but still.
