serenahuynh @ging827 hi! The fabric content states that it’s 98% cotton and 2% spandex. It’s got a nice stretch but still has a nice thickness and quality to it!

serenahuynh @ging827 laying flat the waist is about 12.5 and stretched it is about 14.5 so it can fit from 25-28 waist I believe!
