k1mberley These boots were purchased in 2004 so I don’t have a date code in them but Poshmark send them through their authentic department to make sure they are authentic I have a ID number #18200844 if that helps

starlitearab Hey thanks for all the info. I love these boots but after looking at the pictures again I'm afraid to spend that kind of money on something that is not returnable. I have a neuroma on my right foot which makes it hard to wear pointed shoes or boots. It causes quite a bit of pain. If they were way cheaper I might be willing to take a chance but I understand why they are priced the way they are.
