Just FYI, I bought mine in 2014 and LV contacted me in 2019 because it was being recalled. They told me to go back to the store and I was able to get a full refund or 2 bags later 😁

@loud oh wow, I did not know that. I hardly used this bag after I bought it for my 30th. I only carried it maybe twice. 🙈 However, I am the second owner as I bought it from a reputable luxury reseller. I wonder how that works if it’s not in my name as the purchaser?

Oh, that I don’t know. It probably only works for the original owner. I stopped using mine because it was too heavy, but super beautiful.
