Antique Austro Hungarian brooch crafted in repoussé 800 silver. The centerpiece is a hand-painted porcelain plaque showing John the Baptist baptizing Jesus. Decorative round accents once carried a gold wash, now mostly worn. The back is engraved Anton, Born 14th March 1874 and carries Austro Hungarian 800 silver marks with Vienna town code and makers mark KA.
