Austin Reed London Green plaid vintage blazer Jacket

Good condition, but has some damage. Light stain and imperfections on shoulder. Button is missing on one sleeve and inside of sleeve has been ripped. I have listed close up pics. Not sure of fabric content. Size 42R. Has been altered. Approximate flat lay measurements: chest- 22 1/2”, sleeve length- 23”, length- 31 1/4”, shoulders- 19”.
