martamer @hillschneid hi thx for you interest ! It’s about 14 un stretched and I believe it will stretch to about 32/33.. don’t have the skirt with me and it’s wrapped and ready to ship at a friends house ( I’m traveling so I left everything ready for her ) .. I’m happy to have her open it and check .. In my opinion it’s not a real small , more betwwwn small and medium .. there is plenty of play room .. Hope this helps !
