August hat company and Nine West Red & Black vintage bucket hats Both in excellent used condition no Flaws Both have a sparkle to them the black one has sparkling beading and the red one has sequins. The red hat is made of a wall blend and polyester. The black one is 100% polyester with an inside liner 21 inch circumference of the inside of the hat Both hats are 8 1/2 inches long see last photo
