August LA foldable clutch

Made-in-Los Angeles folded clutch by boutique designer August (www.augustca.com). Made of some type of nubbly skin, but I can't remember what type. Definite texture When folded, it is 7 inches tall by 11 inches wide. Unfolded it is 13 inches tall. Silver zipper with wood inset into pull across the top. Worn once. Looks brand-new. THe color is a denim blue, that has variations due to the nubbly skin fabric.
