Chic silver shimmering design with intricate detailing. Ideal for stylish outings. I bought this back in the 90’s at a high end plus size store (Audrey Jones). I never wore it, it still has original tags. It is a sleeveless long vest duster plus size 24. Buttons down front and ties in back and has split tails.
