Pretty navy skirt by Attyre New York. Front of skort has pockets, as well as back. Approximate measurements laying flat are as follows: waist - 15.5"; hips - 19"; inseam of shorts - 3.5"; length - 15". Skort does have a bit of stretch and should stretch an additional approximate 2" to 3". Worn a handful of times and in pristine condition.
